Administrative Assistant & Office Manager (Parttime)

What are you going to do?
At Datakeeper, we're on the lookout for an Administrative Assistant & Office Manager to join our team. This role is for approximately 20 hours a week, and it's designed to fit your personal preferred working style including how to schedule your day and divide the hours you work. 

As our Administrative Assistant and Office Manager, you'll be the backbone of our office operations. But don't worry, you won't be buried under endless agendas or meeting minutes — we've got that covered!

Your tasks will include: 
Administration: 

  • Preparing and processing invoices 

  • Assisting the Controller with accounting tasks 

  • Managing our accounting system 

 Business Operations 

  • You run all facility-related matters 

  • Take care of our supplier contracts, manage them and be first point of contact 

  • You are a star at showing us how to make the best use of our internal co working tools like Teams, Sharepoint, Hubspot and Slack, making sure all documentation is stored the right way and easy to be found

Marketing & Sales: 

  • Assisting with event preparation, such as conferences and industry networking  

  • Coordinating publications of external communications through our own channels like website and socials

  • Ordering business gifts 

 People: 

  • Organizing team events 

  • Supporting the onboarding of new employees 

  • Reviewing and maintaining hour registrations and holiday schedules 

  • And of course, with your excellent communication skills, you'll help maintain a pleasant atmosphere in the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

In this role you have the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. You excel in planning, organizing and working in a structured manner. We're a team of self-starters at Datakeeper — hands-on and proactive. We hope you are too.

You have:

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience

Some experience in financial administrative support, with a keen eye for detail

A good understanding of Dutch and English

Experience in support teams and create a pleasant office atmosphere

Be based in the Netherlands, preferably in Utrecht or the surrounding areas

Be able to work from the office for 1 day a week
